How it Works

Our goal is to make land ownership as easy (and affordable) as possible. Here’s a high-level overview of our land buying process:

Step 1: Browse our available properties to find your dream land.

Step 2: Call/text us at (703) 997-2626 or send us an email telling us which property you’d like to buy. We will then work with you on terms–pay in full or finance.

Step 3: We’ll start the paperwork for you to sign and send back to us. We’ll take it from there and keep you updated throughout the process until closing.
